Who I Am
I'm Ben, and I've spent the last 25 years in IT and leadership roles, including two decades leading quality engineering teams at National Grid and Thames Water. I've seen technology transform from basic automation to today's powerful AI-driven tools.
Along the way I watched the same pattern play out over and over: businesses spending months and serious money disappearing down rabbit holes or implementing a tool that had great marketing but didn't really resolve the problem.
